SPRINT Cold Flow Test - November 20th, 2025

The November 20 campaign integrated the revised control software with a separate mission-control station. The archive contains a Test 1 video and telemetry files labelled Test 2 and Test 3. Read the debrief.

Faults Found

Valve V5 was assigned to the wrong software control. Pressure sensor P4 was not screwed in fully. A carbon-dioxide CGA connection leaked until it was tightened. The debrief also records two open actions: calibrate the tank load cell and write a defined fill-and-vent procedure.

Run numbering is incomplete, so the page does not infer a total run count from the Test 1 video and Test 2/Test 3 telemetry.

Recorded Runs

Test 2 contains 5,232 telemetry rows over 134.14 seconds and reached approximately 537 psi on the oxidizer-tank pressure channel. Test 3 contains 10,924 rows over 280.23 seconds and reached approximately 448 psi. Both files average approximately 39 recorded rows per second. The graphs show the load-cell channel as a change from the median reading during the two seconds before fill-valve opening, but its recorded kilogram values remain unverified because the debrief identifies tank load-cell calibration as an open action.
