Debrief

What went well / positives

  • Despite a very small team, we set up and tore down really quickly.
  • The labels were really good.
  • We packed up with 5 people in about 30 minutes.
  • Having only one table outside is sufficient.
  • Having all caps on hand was good.

Instrumentation, sensors, and calibration

  • V5 didn’t work for some reason. (Found to be wrong mapping)
  • P4 wasn’t reading correctly. (Not screwed in all the way)
  • The CGA fitting on the CO2 tank leaked, but it was fine when snugged up.
  • Tank load cell calibration needs to be done.

Cameras and video coverage

  • Not sure if we have a video of that; we need more cameras for sure.
  • Ethernet cables for the cameras should be determined beforehand.
  • Buy one or two more cameras for the next test.

GSE and pad layout / safety

  • The GSE doesn’t fit through the door with the OX fill line connected.
  • We need a bin on the pad for hoses and tank lids only.
  • We need a wrench set on the pad with color-coded labels.
  • We need to get caution tape.

Tools, storage, and consumables

  • We need a multimeter in the tools packout.
  • The packout needs a caliper section.
  • We need a box for torque wrenches (maybe it fits in the packout).
  • We need a supply of plastic bags.
  • We need Tupperware for reusable plastic bags.
  • PT wires don’t need labeled bags but should be individually bagged.

Procedures, SOPs, and operations

  • We forgot to take a team picture.
  • We need to have a meeting dedicated solely to SOPs beforehand next time.
  • We need an SOP for fuel fill (covering the static vent method).

Networking, IT, and data systems

  • The networking/power box should be upgraded.
  • We need to get the UDM Pro MAC address whitelisted.
  • Alternatively, use the UDR as an access point or buy an access point.
  • We need networked variables.
  • We need an audio interface.
  • Set up live Cd calculation.
  • Set up live plotting.

Radios and communication

  • Check radio headsets.
  • Practice radio usage.

Environment / misc

  • We need to get the artwork up in the room.
